Dent and dark shadow. Could this be from the lip flip? (Photo)

Question

I had lip filler 12 months ago and a lip flip with Botox 3 months ago. I have this awful dent that has become more pronounced in the last few months. Could this be from the lip flip ? Seems like filler migration would be strange as it’s been so long. Any thoughts how to fix ?

It is known problem, unfortunately, that fillers may leave results like yours, due to migration of the gel material and scarring, in particular around the mouth and lower eyelids. Some of these effects may be long lasting and need to be treated with other modalities. This can be decided only on the basis of in person consultation with an experienced, board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.

I would suggest dissolving the lip filler, becuase most of the product migrated to the top and try it again with a different technique
