Advice on Facial Feminization Surgery - what necessary or additional surgeries should I get? (photos)

Have you done any research into a genioplasty? This would be easier than recovering from jaw surgery (seems unneeded), and would give your lower face some more height, which would help to balance out your profile. Rhinoplasties are scary, but I do think that reducing the size of your nose would help to get to closer to your aesthetic goals. I do not think you need a facelift at this moment, as you do not have much (if any) excess loose skin. You have great shape and fullness to your lips. I would say, if you do not move forward with a rhinoplasty, to skip a lift lift. This will leave a decent scar under your nose, for a very subtle change.

FFS for the MTF (or Female) TG patients. You need NO jaw surgery! You would get the most benefit from:
1. A Forehead lift with hairline advancement and Supraorbital Bone reduction and contouring using the Irregular Trichophytic Forehead incision which I invented.
2. Chin Reduction and Contouring
3 A rhinoplasty done by a surgeon who can show you many examples of natural noses he has done.
Etc.
