I’m a 22 year old cisgender female, and I’ve disliked my face for many years. The worst part is feeling particularly self-conscious about my smile because it seems to push my facial mass outward so much. Two months ago, I got a chin implant with neck lipo plus buccal fat removal, but I’m disappointed in how little that surgery changed the front view of my face. What procedures can reduce facial mass while also creating a feminine, countoured look? (Cheekbones + v-shaped lower face)

There is potential for a buccal fat revision. Many surgeons opt on the side of caution and remove less buccal fat as to not create an atrophied look. It is possible to go in and remove more. Cheek implants could also be an option. This would add definition and contour to your face. I know you mentioned you recently got a chin implant, but have you done any research on a genioplasty? This is a procedure that could change the shape of chin and elongate your jawline, creating more of the "v-shape" you are looking for and adding facial balance. Jawline liposculpting would also create more definition around your jawline, and is something that many people add on to a genioplasty to create a more defined lower face.
