I fell while skiing after facelift

ChrisNNJ
i had temple/cheek/lower face lift 6 weeks ago. yesterday i fell skiing, going fairly fast. my right knee ran quite hard into my chin a bit to the right, i felt the jolt in my teeth. i didn't fall on my face. right side of my face feels a bit tight, like few weeks ago when it was still bruised. should i be worried that the fall messed up the face lift in any way? is the incision all healed up? i don't see any swelling or bruising on my face, not even below my chin where my knee ran into.
