In general, getting dermal fillers in the cheeks should not exacerbate the Trigeminal neuralgia but there is an area that you do need to be careful to avoid (near lateral cheek which not commonly injected). On a side note, there are some possible alternative treatments that can be considered for the Trigeminal neuralgia that could negate any concerns of injecting in this area since it may improve the neuralgia itself depending on the root cause (I can discuss this if you do come in for personal consultation).
