Botched cheek and nasolabial fillers. Different face shape and bump. Can I get new fillers?

Sorry to hear about your disappointment with your filler injection result. If you are concerned about a bump created by filler injection, it could be just the product you are feeling or there are times when your body's own immune system may create inflammation in the area around the filler leading to a bump (granuloma or chronic infection). Prior to getting more filler, I would recommend being evaluated by the surgeon who injected you or another physician if you no longer feel confident in the surgeon who performed the initial injection. If the filler you received is a hyaluronic acid filler (ie Juvederm, Restylane), an enzyme (hyaluronidase) can be injected in the area to dissolve the filler and get rid of the bump.
