My boobs are shrinking and sagging. What treatment would you recommend?

Without seeing any photos of your breasts, I can only make some general recommendations regarding your concerns. It is common after pregnancies for women's breasts to undergo some involution, whereby the breasts become smaller.  This is also commonly seen after major weight loss. Additionally, it is common to develop some ptosis, or sagging, of the breasts as well. Breast augmentation can help with the loss of volume, and a breast lift (mastopexy) can help with the sagginess of your breasts and improve their overall shape. Definitely consider meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon to be examined and to discuss what the best options are for you.

If you are looking to increase your breast size and shape, then I would recommend a breastlift with a modest size breast implant. If you desire a “perkier” look and do not wish to increase your size, as long as you have a modest amount of breast tissue, this may give you the look you desire.
