I saw this photoshopped picture a few days ago, and I was wondering what procedures one would need to undergo if they wanted to obtain this level of midface shortening. Would Lefort 1 maxillary impaction be enough? Or would a lip lift or a rhinoplasty be needed? Or even something else entirely?

Hi Andre, Before diving into surgery, it may be a good idea to identify any issues with you tmj. Consider getting an MRI of you tmj to assess the disc. I would advise against doing an isolated genioplasty without getting evaluated for corrective jaw surgery.
