Would jaw surgery, genioplasty and a blepharoplasty bring greater harmony to my face and health?

I am considering jaw surgery not purely for cosmetic reasons, but also for health reasons. I am a chronic mouth breather, I frequently bite myself, my right jaw joint pops loudly (TMJ), I have trouble breathing at night, my jaw is assymetrical. I am also considering a genioplasty to bring forward my recessed chin. Lastly, I have wrinkles around my eyes and am also thinking that a blepharoplasty may help correct that. Would I be a good candidate for these surgeries?
