having small eyes and quite small lips, i find my nose to be disproportionately large to the rest of my face. i have done extensive research to try and find a nose that looked like mine pre-op and underwent a rhinoplasty and found NOTHING. I have no bump, no strange shape, it’s just big. Is rhinoplasty possible, I would not want to end up with a horrible looking nose.

Downsizing the nose while keep the relative proportions is more of a finesse procedure. Narrowing the tip and midvault would help to create a more sleek appearance on your front view.
