You don't need major changes, your nose is beautiful as it is! So maybe you may consider having injections on the tip of your nose first, before going under the knife. This trial would help you have a visual idea of how it would look after surgery. Injections are not permanent but i always advise my patients to try other ways before deciding for surgery.
