Do I have a bulbous nose? What can a surgeon do to make it look smaller, smoother and more deffined? Will I be a good candidate for a nose job?

Also you have thick skin so you need to be patient about the recovery stage. With rhinoplasty surgery you will have more defined and small nose tip. Answer: Do you have a Bulbous nasal tip? Do you have a Bulbous nasal tip? you do appear to have a Bulbous nasal tip. The profile looks OK. Your nose certainly does not cry out to be done. However you could have a limited rhinoplasty focusing on the tip, or if you want a slightly smaller nose overall, that could also be done. It all depends on what your end goal would be.
