I have small facial features. I like my facial features. My eyes, nose and mouth are proportional, but i have some issues concerning my face. I have a big face compared to my small facial features. the shape of my face is very squarish, I have big cheeks and a wide jaw. On top of that, i have a double chin that accentuates my square face. I want to slim down and contour my face but i am hesitating on the procedures. I can't decide between a masseter reduction, buccal fat removal, face lipo.
Answer: How to improve the contour of the lower face: Know your treatment options Hello, and thank you for your question. Based on your photos, you may benefit from a combination of procedures. A buccal lipectomy is ideal for those who have overly round cheeks that lack definition. This extra fullness from the cheek to the jawline is usually the result of an excessively large cheek fat pad. By partially removing this tissue, you can achieve better cheek definition, as well as slimmer contours in the lower face. Botox injections into the masseter muscle will help relax the muscle by limiting its movement. When it relaxes, it will shrink back and in effect, improve facial balance. It can give your jaw a slimmer appearance, achieving a V-shape and a more feminine look too. You may also consider chin augmentation using dermal fillers to further enhance your jawline. To determine your eligibility for any cosmetic procedure, schedule an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon. These experts have the skill, experience, as well as knowledge of facial anatomy and the most advanced surgical and injectable techniques that can achieve the most natural-looking results. During your consultation, your surgeon can assess your facial profile, customize the best treatment plan, and ensure the best possible results.

Answer: Facial Slimming If your aesthetic goal is to taper down the lower third of your face, there are a few different options. Buccal fat removal is ideal for patients with excess buccal (cheek fat). This would provide lasting results that do not require touchups. If you are looking for a more temporary, less invasive option you may consider masseter reduction with Botox. It would benefit you to follow up with a board certified facial plastic surgeon for a full physical examination to determine which treatment option is best for you. Looking at computer-morphed images with your surgeon during consultation will give you a good idea of what is possible, and also give you a great chance to convey to your surgeon what you envision. @drdonyoo

Answer: One for all, all for one Hi, thanx for your photos and questions. When it comes to the ways of Face Volume Reduction we can mention all of these below but the operation and the results are not the same.-Buccal Fat Removal-Liposuction-Masseter Muscle ToxinsMasseter muscle is located at the back of the face, over the angle of mandible, where Masseter Toxins can only reduce muscle action on that area (angle of mandible)On the other hand Bishectomia is effective under the cheek bone. According to the pictures i have seen of you; I advice Bishectomia and Masseter Toxins. The operation is clearly effective after 6 weeks, Masseter Toxins are effective until at least for 3 months. If you consider Liposuction just wait to see these results first. I hope these answers will be helpful.Wish you best luck
