Age 26, what procedures should I get to slim down a round face? (Photos)

I'm 26 with a genetically round and fat face. Seems like there is a lot of excess skin and fat on the lower part of my face, my jawline is almost invisible and I have a double chin. My BMI is 23 so weight is not a problem. I'm looking for some options to solve this issue, but not sure what procedures I should get. Buccal fat removal? Neck lift/liposuction? Am I too young for a facelift? Can threads help? Thank you.

If you are looking to sharpen your neckline, chin augmentation  in combination with submental liposuction would help balance your facial proportions. Other nonsurgical options you could consider would be Kybella (injections which remove excess fat beneath your chin) or the addition of a dermal filler such as Restalyne or Juvaderm at the chin (helps elongate the jawline creating a more defined shape). However, the best way to determine what specific changes will look good on your face, and what changes are surgically possible, is to do your research to find the top facial plastic surgeons and consult with several of them in person. During your consultation, your photos can be computer-morphed to show how the changes to your face will affect your appearance. A buccal lipectomy is typically recommended for those who have overly round cheeks that lack definition. Usually, a large cheek fat pad causes this additional fullness from the cheek to the jawline. By partially removing this tissue, you can achieve better cheek definition and a slimmer contour in the lower face.

Botox injections into the masseter muscle, on the other hand, will help relax the muscle by limiting its movement. When it relaxes, it will shrink back and in effect, improve facial balance. It can give your jaw a slimmer appearance and a more feminine face shape. You may also consider facial liposuction or Kybella injections to remove chin fat.
