After 2 years I would not expect any change in your numbness.  The fact that it is spreading is unlikely related to your facelift surgery and neurologist would be the person to speak to, not a plastic surgeon.  Perhaps a second opinion from another neurologist would help.

To really see the true result, it takes about a good 6 months for swelling to go down, thats why surgeons wait to take the post op pictures.  Also, there is  new technique that is being used called the Thermi RF.  This tightens skin using heat and so far, has been very successful...

Botox can be safely administered following facelift once the initial swelling has subsided.  You would be best to ask  your surgeon for a definitive answer, but typically at the 2 week point you should be ok.

Periorbital edema can sometimes last for a long time but it will eventually resolve.  Fat transfer can cause a lot of persistent swelling especially if liquefied fat (not fat cells) have not been separated away.  This should resolve with time.
