Thank you for your question and photograph. I would recommend you seek an in-person consultation to discuss your nasal concerns, as you may be a candidate for filler placement to correct subtle asymmetries between the right and left sides, depending on your goals. In your picture it does not appear that you have a wide or round nose, but your nasal tip can not be fully appreciated.
A non-surgical nose job involves placing temporary injections in the nose to make it bigger, wider, and taller, since this requires adding more bulk to the nose. When patient's want to make the nose smaller, a surgical rhinoplasty is performed to obtain the desired result. The bulbous tip is reduced with a combination of suture techniques and conservative cartilage removal applied to the lower lateral cartilages of the nasal tip. Most non-surgical rhinoplasties involve adding volume with fillers. To reduce the height, narrow the bridge, or define a bulbous or rounded tip requires refining the structure or reduction of the excess tissue. The "dent" on the right side may respond to fillers, but correction of the proportions of the nose will require a traditional rhinoplasty.John Standefer MD
As one of the other doctor said you may need a rhinoplasty another possibility is that you press on the area where the filler is and you shifted it by mistake. Depending on what kind of filler you use it can be dissolved. If it is one made of hyaluronic acid then it can be dissolved.
This maybe able to be treated with fillers, I suggest seeing a cosmetic dermatologist with experience.
Dear tatianaliiThanks for the question. As the nose is still growing up to around 17-18 years of age I advise my patients to have rhinoplasty surgery after this age. I wish you all the best.
