I have a small lump on my nose and I hate it so much and it makes me just cry. There honestly is no hope for plastic surgery since I am under age. But what are my options. I just want a smooth tiny cute nose.

This maybe able to be treated with fillers, I suggest seeing a cosmetic dermatologist with experience.

The dorsal hump is composed of both bone and cartilage and must be surgically shaved down in order to sculpt a new nose.  Osteotomies of the nasal bones are also required. We do not recommend fillers placed in the nose to accomplish this amount of change, since they are not FDA approved for this application, and can have serious complications that can occur with  their placement. Since you're under 18 years of age you will need your parental consent.

It may be possible to correct the lump on your nose by camouflaging it by adding a filler to just below the lump where it looks like you have a divot. A conslutaiton would be very helpful to give you definitive recommendations.
