Why is my nose after filler deformed? (photos)

Hi about 5 weeks ago I had nose filler injected to straighten out a bump I had in the middle of my nose bridge!! I was really happy with the results but now the bump has come back and from the front my nose looks like it's deformed and fuller on the left side!!! So unhappy and hate my nose even more now than before the procedure !!! What can I do to fix this? Please help !!!

The answer is rhinoplasty.  Fillers in the nose are only useful for minor depressions and irregularities.  Only in certain patients can fillers be used to "straighter out a bump".  This is done by injecting above the bump to give the illusion that the profile is straight.  Plus the fillers don't last forever, so you will have to do it repeatedly.  And, finally, each time you have filler, there will surely be some variability in the placement, so you might not be as satisfied from one time to the next.  Also, who injected your nose?  It is a doctor that does rhinoplasty frequently?  If not, they may not have the same aesthetic as a rhinoplasty surgeon.  Good luck.

As one of the other doctor said you may need a rhinoplasty another possibility is that you press on the area where the filler is and you shifted it by mistake. Depending on what kind of filler you use it can be dissolved. If it is one made of hyaluronic acid then it can be dissolved.

Go and get and hyluronidase in your nose to dissolve the filler. You most likely should see a plastic or ent to shave the hump down. Fillers most likely not your answer. Remember there are a lot of things you can do, not all of them the right thing to do. Best A
