Had a septo/rhino done oct 2017. Meeting my surgeon for 1st time since cast removal this July. Unhappy with result. How to approach without upsetting him? Can my desired result still be achieved with revision? Would like a stronger nose from profile (mine is slightly concave now, prefer straight). My nose now whistles when I breathe on the side that was deviated pre septo. Also unhappy with frontal and 45 degree view on my right side (not a smooth line from bridge to tip). Need your help please.
