How do I approach my surgeon about dissatisfaction with my rhino? Meeting for first time since cast removal 9 months out

Honestly, those are beautiful results. NO nose is perfect before of after surgery, we can always find imperfections. Your nose looks natural and well proportioned for your face. Secondary surgery is more difficult than the first, and you could end up with more problems than you have. 

Thanks for your questions and photos.  It's never easy telling your surgeon that you are displeased with the results however it is your nose and you have to live with it.  You shouldn't be afraid to tell your surgeon the truth, they should be able to handle it.  Be honest and direct about how you feel.  A board certified plastic surgeon should be able to offer you alternatives.  I always suggest waiting a year, this way allow the swelling to dissipate and hopefully whistling or other breathing issues can be addressed at the same time.Good luck.
