I underwent rhinoplasty and turbinate reduction over a year ago, and I am having issues breathing. Before surgery, I never had these issues. When I cover up my nostrils, I notice my right nostril gets less air flow than my right. When I sleep, I suddenly cannot breath well. I have become a mouth breather. Visually, my nose doesn't look like I have a valve collapse, but who knows. What could be going on?
