Will Botox work for me again if I take a break for one year? What are my alternatives if it continues to not work?

match1
I have been been having Botox injections to the glabella and frown lines for the last five years (42 units) every 3-4 months. Recently the Botox stopped working. My provider suggested we try Dysport with no results. It was then suggested to take a break for one year and to retry Botox again. My questions are: What I the chance that Botox will work again and that I did not develop permanent antibodies ? What are my alternatives if it does not work ?
