Lateral canthoplasty. Would I benefit from double eyelid revision? (Photo)

I would like to have larger looking eyes. Already had double eyelid surgery. Would I benefit from double eyelid revision to correct asymetry and qt the same time, lateral canthoplasty to widen my eyes.

It appears you have negative canthal angle tilt. There are several ways to address it depending on what your in-person exam shows. Ask what an oculoplastic expert what fix has the least downside and the longest lasting results. See some before and after photos of their work.
