I'm 2 months post Hair Transplant and not all hair have shed ? Will this impact my final results?

You will look worse before you look better.  Some if not all your transplanted hairs may shed.  There is no right or wrong.  Everyone is different.

There really is no way to determine if you are going to have any shedding and this should not have any impact on your final results.  You will of course need to be patient and after about 6 months you should have some decent results.Dr John Frank, MDNew York

It is common to have some hair to shed and some not to shed.  Each hair follicle goes through different stages.  I recommend you do not worry.  This should not impact your result.  You may use other interventions such as Rogaine and/or Propecia.  The hair growth process can take up to one year to complete.More than likely, you are going to be very happy with your result.

Not all hairs shed after hair transplant. Some may simply continue growing. Try to be patient until your final results are apparent. 

There is no need to be concerned. These grafts will be shed eventually. Check with your surgeon if you are concerned in any way as he or she may offer specific advice.This is not typically any cause for concern. 

I would not worry. Some people shed less than others. I have even seen some people grow all of their hair out immediately after the transplant. Everyone is different. IF you had  quality surgeon and a quality team working on your, I would not worry

the hair goes through its own intrinsic growth cycle. The transplanted hair usually starts to grow in after three months and will continue to grow for up to 18 months after the procedure.
