I'm planning in getting my implants replaced due to capsular contracture on 1 breast (grade 3 or 4). I have submuscular placement, but would like to switch due to obvious animation when I lift weights. I'm a powerlifter & want to be able to do heavy chest focus lifts. I only started developing issues after I pulled/tore a pec and it seems like the implant just stayed high an tight after(since 2yrs ago). I also feel limited with submuscular. Is switching an option?

Don't go larger. You are having some bottoming out now so you will not support larger implants. Try to lose some weight. Larger is heavier on your neck and shoulders and will stretch your own tissue more.
Your own tissue is sagging so a lift is the best option. However, you can have the implants placed in front of the muscle and will just have larger and still sagging breasts. If you do the lift, keep the high profile. if you do not have the lift, go down in profile.
You could probably qualify for the peri-areolar lift with the incision all around the areola. I am not a fan of the upper half lift because it will probably change the shape of your areola to something longer.
