Are my breast augmentation left scar too low and both too long? (Photo)

I had augmentation 3/24.I was hoping for a natural result and that's why we chose Motiva 220cc mini implants&dual-plane.I'm 40yrs/163cm/47kg.My surgical incisions are too low, especially on the left breast.Also my scars are long,5-6cm in relation to the small implant size.I think my breasts are still too high&the "drop and fluff" hasn't happened enough.All this is stressing me out bc leftscar is now visible under bikinies&it’s obvious that I've done boob job.What are my options in future?

At this time, you would benefit from a scar revision and possibly reposition the scar up into the fold where it can be more concealed.

Thank you for your question and photos. The answer is yes, to both of your concerns. Even though you do have nice shaped breasts, the scar placement detracts from the result. The scars are too long, they should start in the crease just in line with the nipple medially if you draw a vertical line and laterally should follow the breast crease. The scar should not be longer than 3-4cm. Hopefully as the tissues stretch, you will develop enough "sag" to cover these incisions. The incisions will also fade over time and will be less conspicuous. Good luck with your healing.

Your implants could be dropped a small amount so that the scar is at your fold. Your implants do appear to be a little tight and high. You could also go slightly smaller.
