I had augmentation 3/24.I was hoping for a natural result and that's why we chose Motiva 220cc mini implants&dual-plane.I'm 40yrs/163cm/47kg.My surgical incisions are too low, especially on the left breast. Also my scars are long,5-6cm in relation to the small implant size.I think my breasts are still too high&the "drop and fluff" hasn't happened enough. All this is stressing me out bc leftscar is now visible under bikinies&it’s obvious that I've done boob job. What are my options in future?

I would suggest the peri-areolar lift since your nipples and some breast tissue is sagging and go with a little larger implant for better fullness. Keep them behind the muscle.
The inferior incision carries the lowest risk of capsule formation and I have seen thick capsules develop in just a few weeks, usually from a low-grade infection or bleeding. Try oral Accolate and external ultrasound treatments to soften this new capsule.
A front view would have been very helpful. However, you have a capsule which needs to be released to let the implant settle down. Once down, the position of the nipple needs to be checked to see if a lift is needed on that side.
