The outer layer of skin over my keloid has fallen off do to the fact that i tried the rubber band method and now i think its infected and one liitle poke will make it bleed big spots and when i put something to cover it then take it off their will be some type of green thick mucus or something

Hello,Apart from the panel members suggestions, you should seek medical attention to address the signs and symptoms of injection before considering a cosmetic option.  Please make an appointment with your primary care physician soon.  Green drainage, swelling, and bleeding need attention.

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist for after care and treatment. I don't recommend trying to remove keloids yourself. Keloids can be improved with lasers, microneedling/prp, 5/FU steroids. Surgery with or without radiation is an alternative. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
