Best way to remove self harm scars on arms? (Photos)

Question

I'm in no rush to get rid of my scars, but i'd like to have them gone within 4 years. it's been 5 years since i've self harmed, and I don't want to keep the reminder of my past on my body. I've researched Laser Removal, Skin Grafts, and i'm currently using bio oil. I need to know which would be more effective. Any help would be much appreciated!!
