Best way to remove self harm scars on arms? (Photos)

I'm in no rush to get rid of my scars, but i'd like to have them gone within 4 years. it's been 5 years since i've self harmed, and I don't want to keep the reminder of my past on my body. I've researched Laser Removal, Skin Grafts, and i'm currently using bio oil. I need to know which would be more effective. Any help would be much appreciated!!

Hello there! Thank you for the question! I recommend doing 2-3 chemical peels, followed up with a very light laser resurfacing, to help even everything out. I also suggest you use a topical at home maintenance skin care system to help you maintain the result you will achieve.

I would use the Kareskin Body Brightening Kit followed by fractional laser. Exfolase and Luminase are excellent for body pigmentation. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian#Realself100 Surgeon

It sounds as though you have Hidradenitis. Undergo an exam for any lymph nodes. i would use Plato's Scar Serum and Kenalog IIT on the scars. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian#Realself100 Surgeon
