Tiny flat scar on nose from milia. It really bothers me and I am wondering what can remove it or make it less visible? (photo)

Hi there. I had a milia cyst on my nose which I picked at (I know not a good idea) and now there is a completely flat scar that looks like the original cyst, which is only quite visible in certain light. Thanks!

It sounds as though you have Hidradenitis. Undergo an exam for any lymph nodes. i would use Plato's Scar Serum and Kenalog IIT on the scars. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian#Realself100 Surgeon
