I can’t seem to wrap my head around the sizing procedures. The try on garment is so hard to invision true results. I know drs aren't a crystal ball and everyone differs… perhaps you all can shed some light?? I am 137 lbs 46 yrs old 5’5 currently a saggy 34d dr says i have great breast tissue… initially chose 300cc BUT do not want to make the mistake of too small and regretting it- pre op consult stated with lift and augmentation i would lose 10% of size anyway???? I CHOSE 350. What is the real difference between 300cc’s to 350cc’s - ????
Answer: Implant size Anything from 300 to 350 would be fine. As long as you're getting a lift at the same time. I think you will get an excellent result with any of those sizes

Answer: Will 350cc saline moderate profile be too big on me? (photos) You are unlikely to see much of a difference with a 50cc increase. Most women regret not going larger, so I would recommend that you go with a 350cc.

Answer: Try sizers Sizers are an effective way to predict how you’ll look after surgery. Put them into your bra and put on a form fitted shirt. You’ll be able to see how you may look, and get a good idea of how you may feel with them as well. Your surgeon should also have given you a range of sizes to choose from, based on your goals and body measurements.

Answer: Bellesoma Method Your breasts are too low on the chest wall. You need a lift and the technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Unless your friend measured you, how could she suggest what is right for you.
