Ultrasound or mammogram before Breast Lift and implants - do surgeons do this?

Hi I’m 29 and looking at getting a breast lift and implants and wondering if surgeons investigate breast tissue and possible lumps before surgery? If they were to do the surgery and there was a fibroadenoma or something benign like that and it wasn’t known about would it be effected by the surgery?

It appears as though the higher breast may be encapsulated - meaning excess scar tissue around the implant. This can only be resolved with surgery.
