Hi I’m 29 and looking at getting a breast lift and implants and wondering if surgeons investigate breast tissue and possible lumps before surgery? If they were to do the surgery and there was a fibroadenoma or something benign like that and it wasn’t known about would it be effected by the surgery?

You did not show photos, but adding 345 cc's should increase you up two cups in size. Bras are not all made to the same standard of sizes so it is hard to compare bras.
Yes, 520 cc implants will be too large and heavy and tend to stretch out your now stretched tissue and resag. Go with something smaller that will look nice long term.
You were no botched, but you do have two different breasts which are not identical twins. I suspect your differences were present before surgery. Also, the implants would have looked less like balls if placed behind the muscle.
