It appears as though the higher breast may be encapsulated - meaning excess scar tissue around the implant. This can only be resolved with surgery.

Your implants are over the muscle leading to increased risk of scar contracture and rippling, both of which you appear to be exhibiting. Your scars indicate poor healing around the nipple areolar complex. You would benefit from a revision with placement of new, lower profile implants below the muscle, and a revision lift.

It sounds and looks like you have developed or are developing a capsular contracture on your firmer, rounder, higher side. You need to be evaluated by a plastic surgeon. I strongly suggest you find a local surgeon so you can be followed long term, Good luck.

It takes good year for result of breast surgery like yours to settle. This applies for scar, shape, position of implants. I do not see such a significant asymmetry; you seem to be within average result after such a surgery. Discussion with your surgeon may help to clarify these issues. Good luck.

You were no botched, but you do have two different breasts which are not identical twins. I suspect your differences were present before surgery. Also, the implants would have looked less like balls if placed behind the muscle.

You appear to be healing well. Your implants are sub glandular so you can see the upper border. When you animate your chest muscles, it is not uncommon to have different appearances in the breasts. They will continue to heal slowly for a full year.
