I had a breast augmentation and lift done in Mexico 6 months ago. My breast started looking different from each other after about 8 weeks. One was a lot softer than the other, I’ve healed more and now they feel pretty similar but they still look different. Is this normal? Is it a part of the healing process? Or was I botched?
Answer: Implants You were no botched, but you do have two different breasts which are not identical twins. I suspect your differences were present before surgery. Also, the implants would have looked less like balls if placed behind the muscle.

Answer: Why do my breasts look so uneven 6 months after surgery? It appears as though the higher breast may be encapsulated - meaning excess scar tissue around the implant. This can only be resolved with surgery.

Your scars indicate poor healing around the nipple areolar complex. You would benefit from a revision with placement of new, lower profile implants below the muscle, and a revision lift.
