9 years post op, Faja deformed my bbl during recovery - could this be fixed? (Photo)

So, it looks like chicken butt on one side bc the faja provided by my surgeon was a flap over for the bathroom flap on the faja so one side of my butt check would slip out the flap. I’ve tried everything except get another bbl. I research chicken butt and I’ve seen that it’s more than likely not fixable. But I’m wondering if it was a deformity by surgery if it could be fixed? I’m just so self conscious about it and it’s so embarrassing I feel like everyone’s staring helpppp
