Question

I have had two BBLs one in Miami and one in Dominican Republic . My butt has way too much projection like a shelf . My overall shape is nice but it is to large . I’ve tried to workout and lose weight but I know I need surgical help to reduce it . My second round I only wanted lipo but the doctor insisted I should fill my buttcheeks out more and he added way too much fat . I would like to look a little more natural somehow some way :(

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
