I have a small/medium sized bump on my butt 16 mos. post lipo/bbl. It’s painless and smore noticeable depending on the angle. The location is causing some irregularities like my butt doesn’t flow seamlessly into my thighs. How can this be fixed? Can fat be added around the bump to fill in the dents? This is killing my self esteem. I would prefer to go to a different surgeon to revise.

In determining how much fat to remove, I find it helpful to know how much fat was transferred to the buttocks. Other considerations include the patients weight at the time of the bbl and the current weight. Before and after photos are great for visual estimates of the baseline and early outcome....
