One Side Bigger, Visible Dents, Fat Doesn’t Hold. What Can I Do? (Photos)

Hi there, I had a fat transfer BBL about 9 years ago with no implants. Since then, I’ve had three revisions. Two were with the same doctor, and honestly, I didn’t see any change at all after either one. The third was done in New York, and while it looked decent at first, it went right back to how it was before. Right now I’m dealing with visible dents and indentations that are always there even when I’m not touching anything. The texture is soft but lumpy in some areas. One side looks noticeably bigger than the other, and I also get some discomfort when pressing or massaging certain spots. It’s been really frustrating because I’ve invested so much into trying to fix it but nothing has really worked. I’ve also gained some weight since my original procedure so I might be a candidate for another fat transfer but only if it’s actually going to hold. I’m open to non-surgical options too like Sculptra or anything that could help smooth things out and balance the shape. I’d love to know what you think might be causing this. Could it be fat atrophy, fibrosis, or something else? Would it help to get imaging like an ultrasound first? And what options do you recommend that can actually make a real difference? If I can do either a virtual or in-person consult that would be great. I’m just looking for real answers and lasting results this time. Thanks so much.
