My nose was made WAY too small for my face and it looks so awkward from the side and completly unflattering!! Is there any way I can get a bigger nose that will make my side profile flow nicely? I will post some before and after pictures and a picture of how I would like my nose to look below! Please help :(
Answer: Revision Rhinoplasty can make further improvements... While you definitely have an improvement from your pre-op picture, to obtain the result that resembles the photo, your tip would have to be further lifted and supported. It is almost always possible to lift and project the tip further. That would make nose from the side profile appear a bit larger and have a better flowing slope to it. Be sure to consult with rhinoplasty surgeons that have a lot of experience with revision rhinoplasty for the best results.

Answer: Revision Rhinoplasty with specific request The patient and surgeon should clearly communicate the expected outcome of Rhinoplasty. It is unfortunate that you did not obtain the Rhinoplasty result that you desired. In our practice we routinely perform computer imaging to achieve this, although not a guarantee, it greatly helps in achieving the desired result. Furthermore, reviewing a large number of the surgeon’s ”before and after”photos can help in deciding if you wish similar results. Secondary Rhinoplasty is an exacting procedure that requires experience and talent. In your particular case it appears that you like the nose that has a very specific break between the bridge and the tip. This could be achieved with a revision Rhinoplasty. Seek out a reputable and skilled surgeon for your consultation, ask specific questions and make sure you are communicating clearly with your surgeon.

Answer: Based on your photos and your narrative, you may consider revision rhinoplasty for tip rotation and support. The "nose that you want" shows a lifted nasal tip and a curve on her bridge. We would describe that as a cute feminine nose.Judging by your photos, you have a nice improvement after your rhinoplasty. Your tip appears a bit droopy, which is giving a "long" appearance to your nose. Revision rhinoplasty for tip rotation and support may be feasible, depending on your examination and what was performed by your initial surgeon. You may benefit from consulting several rhinoplasty specialists so you could see what might be best for you.Hope this helps you.Dr. Joseph

Answer: Rhinoplasty revision It can be difficult for surgeons to know exactly how low their patients want their dorsum. I think your nose is nice but it can be revised to provide more of a slope and the tip can be lifted a bit more..
