It is almost always possible to lift and project the tip further. That would make nose from the side profile appear a bit larger and have a better flowing slope to it. It can be difficult for surgeons to know exactly how low their patients want their dorsum. I think your nose is nice but it can be revised to provide more of a slope and the tip can be lifted a bit more..
