How long will I need to take off work (desk job/sitting all day) for a tummy tuck?

I plan on having a tummy tuck, don't have much to take off and the muscles aren't too bad either. I plan on exercising up until the surgery date to be in the best shape that I can be in, Im 26 years old, mother of 3, and can't take a lot of time off, so how much time could I get away with?

Yes, you can still have  tummy tuck, but you will need to address your hernia with your doctor before proceeding.

I always use the terms interchangeably. To me it means the sides of your body from your bra line down to your hip. Just make sure you discuss the areas exactly with your surgeon so there is no misunderstanding as to what is being performed. Best of luck!
