I'm 26 with sagging jowls especially noticeable when I talk. I don't notice this issue on other people. I want to know what my options are to fix it. I only have lip & nose filler. No facial fillers.

Hi there, and thanks for your question! A facelift or jowl lift, which are surgical procedures, are two of the most effective ways to get rid of sagging jowls. There are less-invasive ways to hide the jowls, such as using fillers to camouflage the jowl. Kybella, or PCDC, which decrease the size of fat cells, can also be used to decrease the size of the jowls. Please consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon! Good luck to you.
