Age 45 - buccal removal or perioral lipo for uneven/lumpy lower cheeks? (Photos)

At 45 y/o my lower cheeks ruin my face. They bulge when I'm smiling and look uneven and lumpy when not. Which procedure will address it best? I can book consultations from there. TIA

One of the major patterns of aging is volume loss around lips and mouth. For that reason, bulky cheeks and nasolabial folds look even bulkier. Ruther than decreasing volume in these areas (in time it will happen on its own) one should consider adding volume by means of fat grafting. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon familiar with facial fat grafting is recommended. Good luck.

As seen the posted photos you have jowls from descent of the facial tissues in aging and or weight loss. Recommend mini FL?NL w SMAS plication/ maybe buccal minor excision/fat or HA fillers to areas of face. Expect fees in the $15,000 ranges.
