Plastic surgery options for severe frown lines? (Photos)

I have very deep "11" lines. I have been using Dysport/Daxxify which which helps to some extent but I'm still able to frown and my creases are very much visible with some redundant skin. I am 33 years old and have been having lines for about 10 years. It also seems I metabolize the toxins fast. These pictures are me 3 weeks after the injection of 75 U of Daxxify in my glabella. I have been disappointed in the results so far and wonder if a brow lift/glabella myectomy could help solve the issue once and for all.
