Bleph revision, eyebrow lift or something else to remove skin on upper right eye? (Photos)

Question

Looking for opinions on what would be the best procedure to remove the skin on my upper right eye. I have already had an upper bleph and i am happy with my left eye but i still have overhang on my right. Ive posted some videos and pictures that illustrate what is happening and where the excess skin is coming from. You will note my eyebrows are symetric and seem to be reasonably lifted. do i need a bleph revision? Also, id love recommendations for improving my lower eyes too.

Based on your photos and your history (happy with the left side, persistent overhang on the right), this is a common situation and usually comes down to one of three things — and the “right” fix depends on which one is driving it:
1) Residual skin on the right (most straightforward)
If there is simply a bit more skin left on the right, a conservative upper bleph revision can often fine-tune the symmetry.
2) Subtle brow asymmetry or brow descent (even if brows look “even”)
Brows can look symmetric at rest, but still behave differently when you animate your face. Sometimes the outer brow on one side sits slightly lower dynamically and contributes to lateral hooding. In that case, a small lateral brow support/lift may be more helpful than removing more eyelid skin.
3) Mild eyelid ptosis (lid position issue, not just skin)
If the eyelid margin itself is sitting a little lower on the right, the eye can look heavier even if there isn’t much extra skin. That would be treated with ptosis repair, not more skin removal.
Lower Eyelid Concerns
For the lower lids, improvement typically depends on what bothers you most:
Hollowness/dark circles: volume support (fat transfer or filler)
Skin crepeyness/fine lines: laser/resurfacing or tightening options
Lower lid bags: lower blepharoplasty (sometimes with fat repositioning)

Because you’ve already had surgery, I’d strongly recommend an in-person evaluation with a qualified, board-certified oculoplastic surgeon or plastic surgeon experienced in bleph revision to determine whether this is mainly skin, brow, or ptosis — that’s the key to choosing the right correction and avoiding over-resection.
