Can I lower my right eyebrow (surgically) to help with asymmetry? (Photos)

27(F) My right eyebrow is a lot higher than my left brow and the right eyelid is not as hooded as than the left. The muscle above my right eyebrow is also very pronounced and makes me look angry. I really like me left eye as is and would like to know if it is possible to have the right eyebrow lowered surgically to help with both the brow and eyelid asymmetry. I have tried botox several times the past year with the last injection being two months ago and I like the results but there is still a great deal of asymmetry that really bothers me.
