I don't want botox or fillers, I want a permanent surgical solution. I would also like both eyebrows to be the height of my lower eyebrow and not higher. Is it possible to do that? This higher eyebrow seems to have escaped. Is it possible to lower the second eyebrow to the height of this, in my opinion, normal eyebrow

The asymmetry affecting your right eyebrow appears to be predominantly dynamic in nature and related to differences in muscle activity between the two sides. Concerns of this type are generally best managed with botulinum toxin treatment, as it directly addresses the underlying muscular imbalance.

While it is technically possible to lower the position of the right eyebrow surgically, doing so may not reliably change its overall shape if the difference is primarily driven by muscle activity rather than by brow position alone. This type of asymmetry is quite common and can also be seen in other aspects of facial expression, such as the smile. In most people, the right and left sides of the face do not move or behave in an identical manner.

In your case, the more arched appearance of the right eyebrow is consistent with differential muscle activity, which supports a non-surgical approach as the most appropriate first-line option.

This is a tough problem often, and the solution may involve both surgery and botulinum. But, we can selectively raise one (and lower the other) eyebrow to get things more equal. It's done endoscopically so minimal scarring.
