The appropriate injection of an HA skin booster, such as Restylane Silk, followed by or accompanied by professional microneedling have a great efficacy and safety record for improving skin crinkling and crepeyness. The skin booster helps to hydrate and tighten the skin and the microneedling promotes new collagen and elastic fiber synthesis to further smooth the skin. Make sure to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like J Plasma, RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, salt facials, Cosmelan for skin tightening and improve skin tone. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Thank you for your question. It is I difficult to know for sure what you need since your photo is so cropped. When patients come in with similar problems, I recommend liposuction, Facetite with Morpheus 8. This allows for a combination of fat reduction, skin tightening and texture improvement. Make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.
Thank you for your question about a recommended procedure for wrinkles on the cheek/jaw. I would suggest Morpheus 8 procedures to the face. Morpheus 8 is a mix of microneedling and radiofrequency. Morpheus 8 tights/lifts loose skin and diminishes appearance of wrinkles. I would suggest 3 treatments, about 1 month apart. Morpheus 8 is a minimally invasive procedure with minimal downtime and it is relatively safe. I hope this answers your question about which procedure would be best for the wrinkles on your cheek/jaw!
Hello, based on what I see in your photo, it seems that, aside from sagging, you might initially need masseter Botox. I believe you may have a teeth grinding issue, even if you're not aware of it. People sometimes grind their teeth at night, causing the masseter muscle to gradually widen outward. This can lead to hypertrophy of the muscle at the jaw corners, potentially giving the appearance of sagging in the cheeks. To alleviate the sagging appearance, I recommend Radiesse, a filler with lifting and volumizing effects. Radiesse is effective in restoring elasticity and creating a facelift effect. I suggest starting with masseter Botox and waiting to see if you need further intervention once your masseters return to normal. Wishing you beautiful days ahead.
I encourage you to begin by visiting with a specialist at a med spa for an evaluation. Morpheus8 may be a good option for you. There are three treatment sessions recommended for optimal results. Morpheus8 combines RF technology with microneedling to improve overall skin tone and texture.
Hello, thanks for your question and photo. As you may know, esthetic medicine has several options for wrinkles. Visit a physician to have a physical exam before any recommendation. You can have Hyaluronic Acid or dermal fillers to fill the wrinkles. Another option is PDO Threads and even laser treatment. Good luck!
I would suggest a few treatments with radio frequency micro-needling with or without Platelet rich Plasma (PRP). If this is not enough, then laser skin tightening can be used. Filler in the cheeks and possibly the jaw line can be used as well. a topical skin regimen should be used in addition.
Thank you for your question! While a surgical facelift can provide the most significant and long-lasting results, there are excellent non-surgical alternatives that can help lift and contour the lower face with less downtime and risk. A combination approach often works best. Accent Prime or...
Hello, based on what I see in your photos, it seems that the contour of your jawline has started to change, and this is causing considerable discomfort for you. We often observe this in our patients around the age of 40. Increased elasticity loss around 40 often leads to the beginning of changes...
