How can I tighten my sagging upper inner eyelid non-surgically? (photos)

I already have some upper brow eyelid sagging I’ve been treating with microneedling which helped a bit. But I see in pictures that my upper eyelid RIM sags below my upper lashes now! I can’t afford surgery! How can I tighten my upper lids, especially this delicate area, non surgically? I am 50 and have deep set eyes with a prominent brow.

Fractional CO2 laser is an excellent tool for skin rejuvenation in our center in Santa Monica. We use the fractional multi-depth ablative approach to help resurface the skin, recontour acne scars, improve incisional plastic surgery scars, and reduce surface irregularities from skin tone to dark pigmentation. Our approach utilizes a multi-depth approach that targets melanocytes in the epidermis and collagen fibroblasts in the dermis. This approach can be combined with a TCA Peel in a process known as a sapphire peel. Fractional laser is excellent for acne scars and contour scars in the skin. Patients are advised to undergo skin protocols with Melarase creams before and after treatment to help reduce pigmentation. Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads can seriously improve surface sun damage and UV related pigmentation. After the laser, we expect redness for a few weeks as the skin improves. PRP and Hydrafacial enzyme facials can further improve skin quality after fractional co2.

For significant improvement, hooded eyelids require surgery if there is enough skin. For nonsurgical treatments: Radiofrequency (Thermage or Venus Legacy/Viva), injectable fillers, and a Botox brow lift can help contour the eyebrows and lift the eyelid skin. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer.

Non surgical options can provide some improvement, but they typically cannot give you the same results as surgery.  You can consider Botox to give the brow a conservative lift which can give the eyes a more refreshed look.  An in person evaluation is best, but you may have the best improvement from a surgical brow lift.  I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.

An office based non surgical radiofrequency browlift(weakening the depressor muscles along the orbital rim) would I am sure address your concerns.
The result is seen immediately----------the technique weakens the muscles responsible for eyebrow position; your expressions will be natural and unaffected.

Even though the picture only shows your eyebrows, there doesn’t appear to be anything wrong, in fact eyebrows that are lower are usually a seen in a younger individual and deep set eyes are also seen in a younger individual. If you want to have a moderate lift of the outer portion of the eyebrow, I would recommend using Botox or similar. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery

A filler placed correctly in the brow will elevate the brow and also help the eyelid sagging. Neurotoxin placed just below the tail of the lateral brow will also elevate the lateral brow and help raise the sagging skin. Another consideration would be a brow elevation using a suture.
