Hi, I am 44 years old and have overall a good skin and I don't have any wrinkles. In fact, until I was 40/41 I didn't notice anything different on my face. However after that my face started to show signs of laxity, specially on the lower right side of my face. I am wondering which kind of non invasive treatment I could benefit from. Many thanks
Answer: Thermage FLX Hello, based on what I see in your photos, it seems that the contour of your jawline has started to change, and this is causing considerable discomfort for you. We often observe this in our patients around the age of 40. Increased elasticity loss around 40 often leads to the beginning of changes in the jawline contour. The most common cause is the downward sagging of the fat pads in the cheeks. The fat pad on the right side of your face might be slightly more saggy or larger, resulting in a more noticeable contour change on that side. Therefore, the primary non-surgical treatment I recommend for you is Thermage FLX. This advanced treatment, utilizing monopolar radiofrequency, lifts your face, provides a non-surgical facelift, and is FDA-approved for defining the jawline contour. I suggest Radiesse for your cheeks. Radiesse is a calcium hydroxyapatite molecule that provides long-lasting filler and lifting effects. Using Thermage FLX and Radiesse together should yield satisfying results. It's still early for surgery; I recommend considering it in more advanced years. As long as you undergo treatments that enhance your skin quality and rejuvenate your skin, surgery may not be necessary. Sending love your way.

Answer: Morpheus8 can help soften harsh lines and give a more youthful look Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Combination treatment A combination of PDO threads and bio-stimulating agents could potentially help improve the laxity on the lower right side of your face. It would be best to consult with a qualified cosmetic surgeon to determine if this is the best treatment option for your specific needs.

Answer: Laugh Lines Morpheus 8 Facelift Fillers Wrinkles Aging Skin Fine Lines Threads Lower Face Microneedling Radiofrequency Thank you for your question about options to get face tone back and correct mouth lines. I believe you would benefit from either fillers in the cheeks, to lift and pull the face up OR I suggest Morpheus 8 treatments if you do not want dermal fillers. Morpheus 8 is microneedling + radiofruency and works to lift and tighten the face, minimize appearance of wrinkles, and address skin laxity. I hope this helps!
