43 years old, been getting fillers and Botox since I turned 34. Lately, I noticed that it's not cutting it anymore. I Want to wait until I turn 50 to get eyelid surgery and a lower facelift. What could I get done that would improve my face and reduce or eliminate the signs of aging in the meanwhile?
Answer: Non surgical options There are a few nonsurgical treatments that can be added to Botox and fillers to help. Morpheus8 treatments combine microneedling and RF technology to improve overall skin tone and texture. You can also consider FaceTite which is a minimally invasive procedure that does not require general anesthesia. RF technology is used to tighten skin up to 40%. Answer: Offering for THERMAGE FLX TECHNİQUE Hello, you are totally right; because 43 years old is too early for making facelift and you don't need it yet. First of all, it would be best to choose non-surgical face lift applications for you. I recommend for you Thermage FLX technique. It is approved by FDA for chin contour removal. Since it is a Monopolar Radiofrequency system, it provides lifting feature by affecting very deep tissues with its 4 mm head. This effect gradually increases over six months, the final result remains for years. Since you are wearing glasses, I could not fully make evaluation about your eyelids, but, since your eyelid skin fold does not touch the eyelashes yet, it seems too early for eyelid surgery for you. That's why; I think you will be so happy if you have Ultherapy method; which applied around your eyes. Ultherapy technique is like a glue, reattaching the loosened skin onto the muscles area. When the renewed and tightened skin with Thermage FLX is refocused with Ultherapy and adhered to the SMAS layer above the muscle, you can look at the mirrors with pleasure for many years.

Answer: Morpheus8 help stimulate collagen to give more of a youthful and defined look Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Consider correcting underlying issue with Epigenetic Orthopedics and the DNA Appliance You have deep nasolabial grooves which is usually a sign of an underdeveloped maxilla. The soft tissues of the face may not be well supported by bone. There is an epidemic of underdeveloped maxillas that cause premature aging of the face. Google "Shrinking Jaws Stanford" to understand the causes. Can also cause headaches, migraines, forward head posture, sleep issues and TMJ disorders.

Answer: Non-surgical options for aging Hello-It's great that you have been keeping up with botox and dermal fillers. Other treatments you might consider are radiofrequency/microneedling, lasers and PRP/PRF. These treatments can help with tone, texture and pigment of skin as well as help to reduce fine lines, particularly around your eyes. All of these treatments generally have minimal downtime and can be used in conjunction with botox and dermal fillers. Good Luck!
