Just get a lip lift.  Fillers will not do it, threads will not work.  You have a long upper lip and a lip lift can be done in the office comfortable and effectively.  Look at some of my patient results and stories and watch our video to learn more.

An allergic reaction would be unusual 5 months after, but not impossible. It sounds more like a delayed reaction/infection and the treatment seems appropriate. Follow up frequently with your injector for this to resolve appropriately. Good luck, Dr. ALDO
