Sculpsure works very well in the abdomen and flanks. Isolated lipomas may be treated, but there are no studies to confirm its efficacy in improving these benign masses. Generally, surgical excision works best. I would see your doctor and discuss this problem before you undergo any treatment.
Limpomas are best treated surgically. The evidence so far on whether or not SculpSure is effective on isolated pockets of fat inconclusive. If you were to try just keep in mind that it would be considered an "off label" use. Best of luck.

In regards to lipomas, there is no clear cut answer to your question, although in theory it should work. If surgical removal is not an ideal and/or desirable option then SculpSure could be a good treatment to try for this, as there would be no harm in doing so. If this applies to LIPOMAS the answer is unclear. It would definitely be off-label, and has been asked and not well answered at conferences of "experts." I would think isolated collections of fat could respond to this treatment, but usually are surgically removed if large enough.

Swelling and tenderness is not common after this procedure. However, every patient is different and post procedure swelling and tenderness can occur. This will subside in 2 to 3 weeks. Good hydration with cool packs will enhance your healing.
