Hi, i had rhinoplasty in 2009 and first few years i was happy with the results? After 2 3 years i had mid vault collapsed, i had another surgery to correct mid vault collapse as well as septoplasty, doctor was supposed to use septal cartilage for widening my mid vault but he instead reduced my nasal bridge and infractured my lateral nasal bones. I am absolutely devastated and have been having depression ever since then. Is there any hope to outfracture the nose and make my bridge wider?

The bony outfracture would not necessarily make it wider. The area where you are hollow is supported by cartilage only. What you might try is some filler in this area to see this will improve your appearance. Filler, of course, is temporary but if this gives you satisfaction then you can undergo a rhinoplasty with cartilage grafts to overlay the lateral cartilage to make it more fuller.

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photo you nasal bridge is too slim according to your nose tip. With rib cartilage reconstruction your nasal bridge can be widened. I suggest you revision rhinoplasty surgery.Best Regards!
